Vincent K. Mohr has been a full-time lender since 1985. His intimate knowledge of the mortgage loan industry includes positions at eight different lending organizations, including his own mortgage brokerage company for ten years.

From his experience, Vince can tactfully and effectively coordinate with a wide range of people and successfully shares loan products and processes with borrowers and staff.  Vince handles challenges in a professional manner and maintains a practical and harmonious professional rapport with all people throughout a real estate transaction.

Vince is originally from San Luis Obispo although he has lived in a few other cities in his life.  He is married to his wife Rhonda, and he has two grown children, Taylor and Jennifer.  Vince & Rhonda have five grandchildren: Carter from Vince’s son & daughter-in-law, Taylor & Erin… Harper and Autumn from Vince’s daughter & son-in-law, Jen & Joe… Gracie & Lil’ Zac from Rhonda’s youngest son & daughter-in-law, Zac & Alex.  He has another stepson, Lucas, Rhonda’s oldest son.

Vince was very active with his children while they were growing up.  He coached youth sports for more than ten years. Vince is a Christian and had been an active member of his church, Mountainbrook, since 2001.  Vince and Rhonda now attend SLO City Church.  Vince is in a Men’s Bible Study with a handful of other businessmen from SLO County.

Vince’s goal is to assist in help making the American Dream of home ownership become a reality for the customers he does business with… helping to preserve the dream of home ownership.
